The Concert Venue

Building community through music.

We offer our venue for rent on a sliding scale basis. Whether you're hosting a performance, rehearsal, workshop, or event, our space is available to support your musical and community endeavors. We believe in making music accessible, so our rental rates are flexible to fit your budget (from $55 - $130/hr).

Venue capacity is 150 standing or 65 seated.

Practice Rooms

Ethos offers practice room and small classroom space for $20/hr between 12:00 and 3:00 PM, M-F. All practice rooms are equipped with an upright piano. Additional instrument/space needs may be available upon request.

Concert Venue FAQ

  • Each listing will have ticketing information provided by the show producer. We are happy to promote shows on our venue/events calendar as well as on our Instagram account.

  • We have free street parking on Williams and Killingsworth or a parking lot across the street from Ethos (please do not use the Salvation Army parking lot).

  • Food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed, but not within 3 feet of pianos or the stage. Be respectful—help us protect our instruments!

  • All bags will be subjected to a search to ensure the space remains safe

    • No alcohol (unless approved and insured)

    • No drugs

    • No glitter, confetti, or glitter bombs

    • No stage diving

    • No unauthorized use of instruments or equipment

    • No weapons

  • Our hall has seats 65 and has standing capacity of 150.

    Our building is ADA accessible and has an ADA bathroom right before entering the venue!

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone involved in misconduct or behavior that goes against our values (harassment, discrimination, bringing alcohol to non-insured events etc.)

  • For an extra $25/hr we will provide a sound tech. Otherwise please bring your own or reach out to Friends of Noise.
